I kind of epically failed last night.
I went to Uno’s and had a thin crust pepperoni pizza. I didn’t even end up eating most of it, cause the sauce was gross, so I kinda just picked off the cheese and pepperoni. Buuuut then my friends decided they wanted to go out. So I had 5 drinks, and one alcoholic drink is like 250 calories. Awesome…Then when we got back to my friends house, he made me a grilled cheese which I inhaled. Just lovely. But I don’t feel too bad. This morning I had a glass of orange juice and cheerios for breakfast. I’m kind of glad I went out, I was able to let loose a little and not deprive myself. I’ve been doing really well this week, I’ve lost close to 2 pounds, and I feel like I deserved a mini break.
Time to get back on track and get healthy. :)
